We accept returns on all items that are in their original, brand new condition within 30 days of your receipt. All that you have to do is email support@weightpruners.com to be assigned a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return. We will refund 100% of the purchase price of the item(s) only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer mis-ordered items will be acceptd for return if reported within three (3) business days of delivery provided they are in clean, resaleable condition.  Shipping on mis-ordered items will be customer's responsibility.

1. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

2. Our website is designed to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. After you fill your shopping cart and proceed through your addresses, the computer will ask you to use a credit card. Simply go through the prompts and enter your credit card info into our secure server.

3. A sales tax of 6.0% is added only to orders shipped to an Alberta, Canada address, in compliance with the law. Orders shipped to all other locations are not charged sales tax.

4. Creating an account allows you to check the status of your order at any time or review your complete order history. Plus you get the benefit of hearing about our promotions, new items, and more.

5. You can choose between the following: UPS 3 day select, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Express Mail.

6. Can I cancel my order? At weightpruners.com we work to get your order processed and on it’s way as quickly as possible.
