Returns

Have confidence in ordering with weightpruners.com, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product less shipping costs. 

In the event that you need to return a product, please support@weightpruners.com for return instructions, please do not return products without receiving return instruction from us. For faster service, please include the following information on your email customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem.  

All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

Any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same item.

You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items; Weightpruners.com will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s).

Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping and handling. However, return of Customer miss-ordered items will be accepted if reported within 3 business days of delivery provided they are in clean, resalable condition. Shipping on miss-ordered items will be customer’s responsibility and a restocking fee of 5% will also be paid.

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Ikechi Marketing Ventures. Items which are defective or expired within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced at the discretion of Weightpruners at no charge.
