Shipping and Handling
We ship all orders by UPS or USPS Priority Mail (especially if going to P O Box, Alaska or Hawaii). Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment for payments received Monday-Friday. Orders received prior to 1:00 pm MST are usually shipped the same day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Inclement weather and unexpectedly large volumes of orders may delay shipping. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.
Shipping and Handling charges are based on Products totals BEFORE any discounts. We offer Free Shipping for orders over $100 before taxes.

Taxes
Weightpruners will charge a Goods and Services tax [GST] of 6.0% only for all orders placed from Canada in accordance with the law. Generally orders are subject to any provincial or state sales taxes.
Backorders
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.
Cancellations
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email support@weightpruners.com to cancel an order.
